Holland TMS Company Terms
Payment terms are net 30 from invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in contract. A late payment charge of 1.5% per month is subject to all outstanding balances after thirty (30) days from date of invoice. The Customer/ Payer agrees to reimburse all collection costs including legal fees, court costs, Non-Sufficient Funds charges, bank charges, and administration fee charges which are necessary to enforce payment of invoiced amounts.
